Super good feedback. I had to have a meeting with a client today. Instead of email and setting it up, I just used the website booking form. Super simple and easier and saved me time. Thank you! You are very good at what you do.

Project Brief

In my discussion with Daniel, website wasn’t something he primarily wants in terms of being fancy, super packed with features rather something he knows he must have for his firm in order to be visible on Google cause without it you need to be registered on many platforms in order to show up when someone googles either specific keywords or your name directly

We opt-in for our base business website package upon which we added the following two important factors Daniel needs:

  • Booking
  • Direct contact form

Why was the website needed?

I was talking with Daniel for an idea for Maypact to build his firm a new website, something that will be easier to navigate and simply said look nicer but also solve some very important pain points accounting firms have.

At that time, so June 2024′ Daniel wasn’t as interested in getting a new website as primarily he didn’t see much coming from it rather than a simple presentation.

Skip-forward to March of 2025′ Daniel reached out to us due to the fact that he started seeing what a website could mean for his business, the amount of time as well as eliminating stress out of some if not all business aspects.

Griffith Accountants to whose Daniel is a founder of, needed a new website to receive a more professional look to match the level of quality their services do for their clients. Daniel wanted something that’s both stressless to use for him but also more important for his future clients.

Pain points

Here’s why an accounting firm like Griffith Accountants needed a new website:

  • Skip meeting scheduling emails back and forth;
  • Avoid un-organised emails from prospects that drag on through multiple email threads;
  • Searching through papers to find which client needs what;
  • Searching through emails what have you responded to and what has remained opened;
  • Explaining services over and over again to all prospects;
  • Informing clients of invoices, done work or other client related documentation;

All of the above are repetitive tasks which on a monthly rate take quite a bit of time from you if not all of it. With each checkmark on the above list you save your time tremendous amount of time, nerves as well as funds but also receive a lot of client favor due to professionalism of how you handle their business.

Thankfully for Daniel, this is exactly what we do for our clients. Take pain points out of their everyday business. It is possible you just need a reliable set of people to handle all of that for you but also do not put you in debt.

How long and how much?

Business websites we usually aim to finalize in the first month with or without prepared content.

Griffith website was done in approximately two to three weeks. We were lucky in sense that Daniel already had a Wix website from which we took content and added on top of it. Without content project would cost higher but also take longer to be developed due to the simple fact that content making takes time and development with design need to wait for it in some aspects.

Note on AI

We do not generate content via AI, while some saves funds by doing this it’s always about following the golden middle as Google’s May update in 2025 will significantly down-rank websites who heavily rely on AI use therefore if you use AI to generate content fast do not expect to grow on Google any-time soon.

Rely on AI to give you guidelines; write a path yourself or with help.

Price

To get a rough price it would take you to get a website like this Griffith Accountants you can check our Pricing page. Please keep in mind that without any content the base price will go up depending on how much content do you need aka how in depth does your business go.

Features

Fresh website design

In comparison to the old website, new website breathes fresh innovations and clear navigation through the website.

@Stefan

Clear navigation

It doesn’t matter which page or post you are currently on, at all times you have call to action blocks which would incite you to continue reading materials which are related to the current page you’re on. This helps with keeping the user on the website for as long as possible while providing all necessary information in one place.

@Stefan

FAQs

All services are equipped with their own FAQ blocks to ensure information availability and reduce frequently asked questions through emails or live chat rather being publicly accessible at all times. This blocks also help with Google to pick up with FAQ schema which appears in search results.

*Note this feature is up to Google to respect

@Stefan

Booking

Daniel’s team has connected their calendars to the booking therefore they cut time by a lot as now there is not back and forth email when it comes to meetings rather pick and choose the date and voile, done in 10 seconds.

@Stefan

Automatic emails

With booking and forms all emails are automated which means there is no longer replying to infinite rather all emails which you receive have been formulated to give you the most needed information right away.

@Stefan

Live Chat *With mobile app

As part of our free feature set, Live Chat helps a lot to avoid un-necessary emails. With Live Chat I have connected numerous buttons throughout the website to send a very specific message straight to Griffith Accountants team. They also see the page and service on which message was sent from therefore communication can be right on point.

@Stefan

Global CDN

GriffithAccountants website has been connected to our global CDN infrastructure which means that visitors will load the website from their nearest server instead of the server on which we host our website.

This cuts website load times up to 80%!

@Stefan

Independent analytics

Pretty much any button you click on a website is being tracked and later it generates a report so my client knows what’s currently wanted services which can be used to run targeted ads in specific cities within a country.

@Stefan

Blog CTAs

All blog posts are packed with different variants of Call to action blocks, idea with this is to collect potential prospect but also incite them to visit a specific service we offer for which that blog post is in relation with.

@Stefan
