When we initially discussed the project with Ilija on the Tepe’s side in Serbia we concluded that main focus is on fast checkout and clear product overview, while keeping the traditional checkout steps such as adding to the cart > cart and finally checkout.

Original Tepe’s website for Serbian audience was looking severely outdated and their branding message wasn’t consistent when compared to the global website.
Audience couldn’t even tell they are legitimate distributers on the Serbian market therefore possibly lost business due to the un-recognisability.
With our new website design we made sure we’re displaying the core values brought from the global Tepe website but in Maypact style.
Pain points
Here’s why dental websites like Tepe needed a website design:
Old website not being recognisable when compared to global website- Checkout process was fairly outdated in design which could give potential customers a reason to buy somewhere else
- No clear overview of products in offer
- No clear overview of product categories and what they offer
- Exciting imagery making the user exciting for caring about their dental health
When we take care of all the things from the above list, we get a compiled exciting design to showcase to Tepe’s customers. Breathing new fresh air into extremely straight forward navigation and seamless shopping experience that could be done in a matter of 7 seconds.

Tepe’s website design was done in a span of two weeks which made sure we’re even before the initial deadline scheduled for release.
Price
For this type of straight forward website design, project base price was set at around £1.000,00. Tepe already has recognisable global branding which we can utilise and content was sent to us prior which made it easier to form a beautiful new website design.

Dynamic discount idea
Idea was proposed to add a special category which would appear somewhere after the fold in case user has items in the cart and offer them a discount to give an incentive to finalise their shopping experience.
