Project Brief
Idea was to relocate a tiny documentation website into a custom website which would integrate with any and all IMAT schools across Italy as well as offer online learning capabilities.
This was no small task, however; a great one to ultimately dominate the market by having all tools Ari needs in one unified place.
From 2019 speedrun to 2023, and over 10.000 students later, we can truly call this project a complete success. I helped Ari to make his dream into reality by providing a custom website where online school package was integrated to keep online school but also have the ability to connect with any and all IMAT universities across Italy.
I have finalised my part in that project mid 2023′ and looking forward to all EMS updates in the future!

When I was first talking to Ari, he on multiple occurrences mentioned that he’s at that time 3rd grade on medicine university and he has strong tendencies to help other pass the IMAT exam in Italy cause for him all the needed materials where no where to be found.
He saw the opportunity to educate other both foreign and local new students on proper IMAT content so they could pass and get signed up for a university in Italy. Ari needed a way to first get himself in front of all those students who are in the need but also needs a website to somehow gather all of them around.
Our discord group at the time was doing the gathering of all new the students and those students invited new ones and so on, so the next step is how to educate that amount of students in time for the IMAT exam.
We’re talking thousands upon thousands of students every single year. Ari needed a website to display all his lectures and exams he himself created which both helped him and others closest to him get into an IMAT university.
Pain points
Here’s why ideas like Ari’s need a website:
Unable to educate students by using the method one-on-one- Impossible to get yourself in front of the bigger audience without Google’s help
- Resolving or sharing lectures on Instagram or other socials is not as effective as on our own website
- Answering inquiries which are thrown in a pile of comments through anything other than the website seems overwhelming
- Bill automatically on course entry and therefore save enormous time for billing students
- Keep track of all student’s progress without the need to go into documents or personal chat with a student
- And so much more…
All these tasks are something that takes time to do for one student, now add 100 to that number, now add 500 to that number, now add 1000 to that number every single year.
Ultimately you will come to a conclusion that having a website for these sorts of things is a simple no questions asked approach.

Educational websites with E-learning capabilities usually take us for about two to three months to properly setup, build, test and publish.
This particular project was done next to me having a full-time job at that time and project was done in approximately two months. We’ve done a lot of custom blocks and custom integrations Ari needed to better connect with universities in Italy but also mainly as Ari wanted to update the website himself, which added on top of development time.
